Returns

  • Return Window: Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Eligibility Criteria:
    • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
    • All original tags, labels, manuals, and accessories must be included.
    • Product should not fall under the non-returnable category (see below).
  • Return Process:
    • Log in to your account and go to My Orders.
    • Select the item and click on Request Return.
    • Choose your reason and upload clear images if required.
    • Once approved, we’ll schedule a pickup from your address.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Used, washed, or damaged items
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Items with hygiene concerns (e.g., innerwear, personal care)

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days:
    • For prepaid orders: Refund to the original payment method.
    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund to your bank account or Shopzhut wallet.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days:

  • Double-check your bank or payment provider
  • Contact your bank or card issuer

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them or before they are shipped.
  • Go to “My Orders” and click Cancel Order.
  • If your order is already shipped, it cannot be canceled but can be returned after delivery (if eligible).

Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Email us at support@shopzhut.com with clear photos and your order ID for a faster resolution.
