Business purchases apply to:

- Corporate buyers
- Institutions and organizations
- Bulk orders (typically above ₹10,000 or 10 units per product)
🔹 GST Invoicing
- All business orders come with a valid GST invoice.
- Buyers must provide GSTIN at checkout to claim input tax credit.
- For GST-exempt institutions, supporting documents must be provided before order processing.
🔹 Bulk Order Discounts
We offer custom pricing for business buyers:
- Volume-based discounts
- Special offers on selected products
- Negotiated rates for recurring or subscription-based orders

🔹 Order Processing & Shipping
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days (may vary by quantity & product type)
- Shipping: Standard or priority courier with tracking
- Free delivery for orders above ₹10,000
- Option to use your own logistics partner (on prior agreement)
🔹 Returns & Replacements for B2B Orders
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrongly shipped items.
- Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Bulk orders are non-returnable for reasons like overstock, change of mind, or unsold inventory.
- Replacements will be arranged subject to product availability.
🔹 Payments & Credit Terms
- Prepaid orders via UPI, Net Banking, Cards, or Bank Transfer.
- For registered business clients: Credit terms (7/15/30 days) may be offered upon approval.
